Selby Grasslands

Map     Satellite

Though perhaps ten percent of the area is coastal scrub, the import lies in the grassland, which occupies the remainder. While there are a number of exotic grasses, the area is particularly rich in Leymus triticoides, Nassella pulchra, and Danthonia californica.

Integrity: At the edge of the area is the site of a former smelter operation. The area itself is relatively undisturbed.
