Map Satellite In this area Highway 145 cuts through an exposure of the Eocene lone formation resting on Cretaceous sedimentaries.
There is a variety of fossils present, including impressions of plants. Various fossil burrows, possibly of crayfish, are found here.
Integrity: Aside from the highway cut, most of the geological features are undisturbed.
