Leaves 4–16" (1–4 dm).
Flowers white to yellowish with yellowish green spots.
Blooming May–June.
Moist meadows to dry rocky hillsides.
Elevation < 8550' (2600 m).
Northwestern California, Cascade Ranges, Sierra Nevada, Central Western California, Southwestern California, Great Basin Province (Modoc Plateau), Mojave Desert (mountains).
